The candidate receives a quantitative test. The questionnaire can be answered with open answers and thus allows one to analyze the candidate's field of competences. There is no time limit; the objective is to allow the candidate to highlight his know-how and to show his motivation.
The interview is based on the answers of the quantitative test. The candidate is questioned about his professional wishes and his motivation for some precise fields of research.
The candidate is introduced to the client along with his manager.
